Paid Listing Terms & Conditions – BH Buzz

By purchasing a featured listing, promotional post, or any advertising package with BH Buzz, you (the “Advertiser”) agree to the following terms:
1. Purpose of Service
BH Buzz offers curated business listings and promotional features to highlight local businesses across the BH postcode area. All listings are published and maintained by the BH Buzz team.
Listings may include:
- Business name and contact information
- Category placement
- Description and image (provided by you or created by us)
- Optional links or social media handles
- Inclusion in featured or homepage sections (if applicable)
2. Editorial Control
BH Buzz reserves full editorial control over all listings.
We may edit or format text to align with our style and standards.
We reserve the right to decline, modify, or remove any listing or advert that:
- Appears misleading or false
- Conflicts with our brand values
- Contains inappropriate or harmful content
You will be notified if any changes are made to your listing content.
3. Payment & Duration
Payment is required in full before the listing goes live.
The duration of your listing or promotion will be clearly stated at the time of booking (e.g. rolling, 1 month, 6 months, annual).
Renewals and extensions are available by request.
4. No Guarantee of Results
While we aim to provide exposure to our audience, BH Buzz makes no guarantee of traffic, leads, or sales. Listings are for visibility purposes only.
5. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for completed listings or time-based placements once live, unless an error on our part prevents the listing from displaying as agreed.
If a listing is rejected before publication, any payments made will be refunded in full.
6. Business Responsibility
Advertisers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date business information. If changes are needed, please contact us and we’ll update your listing accordingly.
